I specialize in treating emotion dysregulation and related concerns, including: eating disorders, insomnia, borderline personality disorder (BPD), suicidality, self harm, depression, and anxiety. I also support individuals who are going through the transitions and emotional challenges that come with everyday life and being human.

Starting therapy is a big step, and it can be helpful to know what to expect.

My approach balances the art and science of therapy, where I combine the human side of connection with evidence-based treatments. I apply a trauma-informed approach to treatments like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I tailor interventions to best support you and your goals.

You can expect a strength-based, non-judgmental space where your experiences are met with compassion, and where you’re supported to explore, grow, and create change in your life.

Research shows that your connection with your therapist can have a significant impact on your treatment outcomes.
